Potty training!
There have been occasional trips to the potty in the past year, and Milo's apparently been using the potty at day care, but it's only been the last couple of weeks that he's peed successfully without prompting or too much resistance. Because of this great leap forward, he's now allowed to wear underwear instead of diapers for larger stretches of the day:

And he even coordinates with his t-shirt. Pretty sweet. What I want to know is who drew that menacing alien/monster on the easel.
